Sizmek re-enters TV ad space with an Advanced TV Initiative
Advert platform Sizmek has introduced it’s re-entering the TV advert area, with the primary steps towards a unified demand-side platform (DSP) that comes with attached, addressable and linear TV.
What this implies for Sizmek: In 2014, the Austin, Texas-based Sizmek offered its tv advert distribution industry, DG MediaMind, which introduced standard TV commercials. Since then, its DSP — now in response to its acquisition last year of advert optimization platform RocketFuel — has targeted most commonly on show commercials for desktop internet, more than a few internet advert codecs for cellular, and a few in-app commercials, with TV commercials simplest introduced in custom designed campaigns.
